THY-TM-26ML gearless permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine complies with the corresponding standards of GB7588-2003 (equivalent to EN81-1:1998), GB/T21739-2008 and GB/T24478-2009. The electromagnetic brake model corresponding to the traction machine is EMFR DC110V/2.3A, which conforms to the EN81-1/GB7588 standard. It is suitable for elevators with a load capacity of 800KG~1200KG and an elevator speed of 0.63~2.5m/s. The power cord of the traction machine should not be arranged with other cables; the shielding wire of the power cord must be reliably grounded; the encoder cord must be arranged separately from the power cord to avoid interference.

The braking device has one power cable with two wires inside (B+, B-) and one cable with three wires for microswitch’s contacts. In the nameplate of the braking device are written all electrical data. This type of configuration, the power cable and micro switch must be connected separately.

The microswitch is able to detect both the two mechanical parts. It has two contacts: one normally openNO1and one normally closed (NO2). These contacts tell us the actual state of the brake device (See Truth table 6). Our default contact is normal open, the customer can get normal close by changing NO1 and NO2 cable.
